    Hi,

    I was very interested in your YouTube video repairing a Karcher window vac.

    Can you send me a link for the $1 charger please, as I can’t find anything like it on eBay.

    Best wishes,

    Hi,

    Really enjoyed your video on how to update the firmware on my Motorola DP3600(1). I’m having problem getting the code plug set up for this radio – any chance you could give me a bit of assistance or point me in the direction of someone who can?

    Many thanks

    Hi there;

    Great videos and work!

    With regards to “China HX-4S-F30A 30A li-ion 14.4V PCM problem and modification for high drain power tools”, found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPVg4UCdCE4, would you have a link to the 680nf capacitors that you were using as well as where positive/negative needs to be soldered into the board?

    Many thanks.

    Ernest

      Any non polarised will work – do not require positive / negative side (they can be soldered both ways). I bought them many years ago in assorted package so i don’t have link. Name to search “polyester 680nF” but since they are cheap recommend get whole assortment package. Thanks!

    Hello. I have a question about this article:

    https://electronicnoobblog.com/dosdude1-homebrew-node-and-lot-of-other-applications-throwing-illegal-hardware-instruction-on-patched-catalina-installed-on-incompatible-machine/

    I`m running Patched Catalina right now and when i edit the “hardware.rb” file to

    “frozen_string_literal: true
    module Hardware
    def self.oldest_cpu(version = MacOS.version)
    if version >= :mojave
    :core2
    else
    generic_oldest_cpu
    end
    end
    end”

    Receive this error log:

    Hi, after advice and help please, I have a PRR (H4855), it has a double PTT so you can run 2 radios from it, I want to convert the Clansman connector (7 pin) to a NATO 6 pin set up so I can connect it to a PRC 152, first, can this be done and secondly the NATO 6 pins in the UK are very expensive and outside the UK even more so, cost more in shipping and tax than the part it’s self, where do you source yours from please? Any advice and information would be appreciated. Thanks. PS you can get a PRR double PTT with a NATO 6 pin, but this is a USA market product and like rocking horse poo to get, as they say lol

      I know that from some firmware they allow programming via cable.
      Have You tried that?
      I don’t have cable, i program it via RM and never had reason to buy it (it’s quite spendy) but it might get job done if that setting was enabled by previous owner.
      Have You try contacting: Wayne Holmes DJ0WH he is “motorola” ultimate guy – maybe he will open some door for You.
